Inquiries related to board or governance matters may require additional scoping before proceeding.
These conversations are exploratory and focused on understanding:

· what has prompted you to reach out
· what you hope the work might make possible
There is no expectation of commitment. Not every inquiry leads to an engagement, and not every situation calls for coaching or facilitation. The aim of an initial conversation is clarity.
